Lunch Plate Today

Hello Spark Friends!
I haven't done one of these blogs so I figured why not!? I like it when others do it because it gives me ideas for what I can eat for different meals and snacks.
My lunch plate + dessert is 432 calories, and very filling.
This may be high calorie for some but for me it works!
Salmon Burger Patty, Broccoli and 1/2 cup Brown Rice + Melon for dessert!
My favorite way to eat broccoli is with squeezed lemon/lime on top and a dash of salt, yummo!
