emoticon PUSH THAT TUSH -- Move Forward

Life isn't easy...and it gets crazier all the time.
And even the strongest people we know ...are feeling the effects.
So no small wonder it's getting harder and harder to deal with life and people,
But Going into a food coma isn't the answer.
So ...

And WHAT I eat ... also contributes to how I feel and how I think.
Good Nutrition not only feeds our also feeds our minds.
Eat junk and I feel like garbage.
Eat healthy and I think, feel, and look better.
Less cravings, more consistent energy levels, less slumps.
I eat small meals and aim for nutritionally dense foods.
{ I'm on low-carb but I average 7 servings of non-starchy veggies a day}
So I am better ABLE to deal with life, by taking better care of myself.

And the more you do for yourself ...
the more you can handle whatever life throws at you
