Slowly getting there again this week. weigh-in.

so, today was weigh-in day again. And the scale is down only .5 pound again. for a total of 54 down. NOT too happy about the half. but i was weighing myself every day and it was a struggle this week. it kept saying higher half the mornings. i didn't eat horrible but it is getting darker now as the seasons change and i NEED to get into the gym and get back to my cardio. for the last several weeks. maybe 6 at least? I have been doing so many massages that i was run down on my days off. i know i burn calories at a low, like tai chi. so that's what i count it as. though i still dont weigh my calories burned against my calories eat. i still try and stick between 12 to 1500 eaten.
IN any case i know i need my cardio to keep my metabolism burning that fat away. so hopefully tomorrow (thursday) i will be able to get back to it. at least 2x a week if not 3.
Here's my stats again. I take them every 4 weeks.
Upper Chest: 43
Upper Arm: 14
9/19/12: 156 -54 pounds
Waist: 35 -7 inches
Hips: 40 -7 inches
Chest: 40 -7 inches
Upper Chest: 38 - 5 inches
Upper Arm: 11 -3 inches
Thigh: 21 -4 inches
Neck: 14.5 -2.5 inches
