My Gluten Free Pizza Finally

So I purchased this Cause You're Special Gluten Free Famous Pizza Crust Mix
and I'm been dying to try it out. It was hard to find a pizza crust that was egg free.

Well I finally found the time to make it. Here is the crust. I subbed out the milk and used unsweetened almond milk. I used corn meal to keep it from sticking to my hands. I was surprised that I was able spread it out almost o the edge of the pan.

Then I baked it for 10 minutes and then it was time to add the toppings.

I used Muir Organic Diced Tomatoes drained, Garlic and Herb Goat Cheese and fresh Spinach. Here it is uncooked.

It didn't look that good but man it was very tasty. Next time, yes next time, I will definitely add more on the toppings and not be afraid to extend them to the end of the crust. I really have to order more of the pizza crust. Since being on the elimination diet, I have really missed pizza.

Oh and according to the recipe calculator, there are 153 calories per slice. Not bad.
