Day 2 bootcamp

On day 2 of 7 day bootcamp, I liked this 10 min vid. It felt good to stretch my legs and back. Anything that helps my flexibility is a good thing cuz I am terribly stiff all the time. My lower back has always compensated for my lack of abdominal strength, and I find that as I get older, it is really becoming painful. Earlier this year there was a point where I couldn't bear to stand and do dishes, or even walk for a block because my lower back would burn and ache so badly. But, through physical therapy and exercise I am finally able to do these things again. There is still discomfort, but I am very optimistic that this will only get better over time. I hope one day that it will go away:-) Well, have a positive and wonderful day everyone!
