I have started a challenge with myself because I started to slack off on my bigger challenge. I am focusing on getting in ten minutes of activity every day. Yesterday was easy because I had my boot camp class at the gym. Today was really hard because I had plans to meet a friend after work for happy hour and then I still had to come home and make dinner. After happy hour I didn't want to cook so we went to Quizno's where I managed to make a decent choice. And when I got home I decided to do a Spark People Yoga video and then a whole video on stretching as well. So, because I had made this 10 minute commitment to myself, I actually worked out for 25 minutes! It wasn't intense or anything, but it was more than nothing. Tomorrow I am meeting a friend for dinner, but I'm going to hit up the 8:30 boot camp after. Hopefully this will prove to be a good class and I can make it a regular habit.
