I am so frustrated...with my scale. We may have to break up.
I have been tracking meticulously. Working out like a boss. Tracking and racking up fitness minutes like a champ...drinking water like it's going out of style. And man, that scale just WILL NOT move no matter what I do.
Now, I know I am making SOME progess. I have seen some pictures from this weekend, and I have been doing SP for about 3 weeks. I can tell I am slimming down. I feel better. My energy is through the roof. I'm getting fit. I LOVE IT. But if that scale doesn't start letting me see some numerical progress soon I may have to throw it out the window...or run it over with my car.
My first week on SP I GAINED. It was so crappy. And then I lost a bit the next week...and from then on it has been maintain, maintain. Workout, eat good, and still no movement. I think I lost 3 oz. once. I was excited to lose, but COME ON!
I think I'm so frustrated because the first time I lost the bulk of my weight it came off so easily. I change my eating a bit, upped my exercise to like, 3 days a week and it MELTED off. Now, I'm working out like 5-6 days a week and meticulously tracking my food and I can't get more than 3 oz off. It's borderline driving me nuts.
I could use some advice, support, a kick in the rear, whatever. :)
