BLC 20 – 12 Week Plan for Success.
During the next 12 weeks if I can get control of my “food intake” this session will be an overwhelming success and a guarantee that I can reach my “major” goal, which is to run a marathon! My progress over the last 2 years is being slowly compromised due to my not controlling food intake. Getting control of food will be my primary focus with a few supplemental planks to reinforce this focus. The first plank will be to have a MINIMUM of 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and 30 minutes of Strength training 3 days a week! The second supporting plank will be healthy foods and beverages and “TRACKING” every morsel consumed. The third plank will be daily meditation. My meditation is not consistent but in order to be successful I know that I must spend a few minutes "every" morning preparing a mentail and/or written plan for the day's activities and focus. I must pray for support and grace to see me through this lifetime journey of life style changes.
While I am not real big on rewards, I am promising myself a reward of pampering for every 5 lbs. or 1 inch lost!
