Week 1 -
My goals for the next 12 weeks
Consume 8 glasses of water (at least each working day of the week) and at least 1 -2 bottles of water a day on the weekends. While I know we should be doing 8 EVERY day I am being honest with myself when it comes to weekends. 1-2 bottles of water a day on the weekends is still more than what I have been drinking (which was 0) and by not setting my goals so high I will be less likely to get down on myself if I don't reach the goal and quitting or sabotaging myself.
Work out more:
Weekdays: ST every time I use the restroom at work including Standing crunches, leg lifts, one leg squats, wall push ups, squats, standing abduction and standing adductions. Starting at 10 per set on week one and adding one per set each week.
Bowling Wednesday and Thursdays (burns a lot of calories
Walk the mile at the elementary at least once a week (at least until it gets bitterly cold and I'm unable) and then walk a mile in the crossing. Get my mile walk down to at least 15 mins.
take part in all excercise based challenges (doesn't have to be perfect as long as I try)
Fit into my size 14 jeans..........comfortably
lose some inches
