BLC 20 12 Week Plan

This weekends challenge is to blog about your 12 week plan, your goals, how you'll achieve them and what your rewards will be. My 12 week goal is the lose 12 pounds. This seems doable by losing 1 pound a week for 12 weeks. I plan accomplish this by working out on a consistent bases. I have found that I MUST work out in the morning before work. Unfortunately that means I have to get up at 4;50am in order to get everything done. The first couple of weeks are the hardest but I feel like I'm in the swing of things now. I also plan to work on my nutrition. I will bring a lunch to work (and eat it) 4 out of 5 work days. This helps me stay on track by eating better and being able to control my portion sizes. When I reach my goal I will treat myself to the book I was looking at in Chapters.
The next step is to post a picture of yourself as your before shot. I absolutely hate pictures of myself but reading everyone elses blogs I don't think I'm alone in that.
