Monday, Monday, so good to me

Today has started out really fabulously. Had the morning coffee with toast with peanut butter.
Mocha and I went out for our run. She's so very cute when we run. emoticon Mokie wears her little pink harness and is really proud of herself. She is learning to heel and sit on command, but boy is she stubborn!
I had a lovely run outside again. Truly, it is so lovely. The iphone needs to come with me again so I can get some pictures of the water and woods. I am blessed to have the most beautiful place in the world to run.
Had a nice upper body workout and feel really great. It is good to see the progress I'm making and to the body become stronger. Clothes are starting to feel looser and I can actually start to feel muscles surfacing. Kind of weird tho to not jiggle as much. This is a GOOD kind of weird.
Today I signed up to take a tax prep course. This will be 3 nights a week for 3 hours each. Between that, running, morning work outs, Worship Team practice, and working out at night with Bill I have a full life. I would, however, like to add some subbing jobs to it so some money could come in. sigh.
OK, I need to set some long term goals. Hmmmm.....
1. Run a 5k in December
2. Get a real job.... in January
3. Reach my goal weight by August 2013

Short term goals:
Finish RYBO by October 20
Run Sparks Virtual 5k in October
Finish tax course in December
Lost 10 body weight by January 1

Goals this week:
Complete week 8 of RYBO
Log food 5 days
Lose 1 pound by Friday
Attend tax class all 3 days

Ok. That's enough for now. I will check back tomorrow to see how I did!
