Here I am right now:
While I know I have made great strides over the last two years, this challenge (BLC 20) is about focus.
I have my marathon training calendar taped up to my closet door and I am going to be following with 3 runs per week and 3 Nike Training Club workouts per week.
I am also going to be starting the Whole30 at the beginning of October, and have started the process of practicing weekly cookups so that I always have food on hand and ready to go!
This challenge I am attempting to cut out the need for convenience by focusing on planning ahead!
