12 Week Plan for Success!

Woo! My first blog entry!
My plan for the next 12 weeks:
I will use the time between seeing my son off to school and beginning work for getting my fitness minutes out of the way. I can catch up on the morning news using my mobile device and various audio apps while I work out instead of having morning coffee in front of the TV.
I will keep good food in the house so that I don't reach for unhealthy items when I'm in a hurry.
Speaking of being in a hurry, I will stop working to eat before I get so hungry that I will just eat anything put before me!
Speaking of eating anything put before me: NO POTATO CHIPS IN THE HOUSE! They are my downfall.
I will try to drink 8 glasses of water every day.
I will take afternoon breaks for stretching and short-burst exercise to rev myself up again.
I will make an effort to get enough sleep. This is a toughie!!
