12 Week Plan for success :)

Well, to start of with, I need to have more energy!!! I have tons of beautiful clothes I cant wear... All I need to do is eat less and work out. My plan for success is :
complete work out dvd for thirty minutes before kids start school.
Drink more water
Drink less beer and more water!!!
Try not to eat after 8pm
Try to go for a run five times a week... for at least one mile.
The hardest thing for me is being small naturally and not healthy ... It takes away the motivation to keep in shape. I am tired and stressed alot. By the end of the day I just want to go to bed. I usually fall asleep at 9:30pm on the couch. I dont really sit that much during the day. I keep very busy. But, I need to make a more pointed effort to workout and have better muscle tone. Even though I am smaller than most people... I feel I lack tone. I would love to me able to run three miles without stopping or walking. Its been a tough week. I started this challenge really sick. I have a really bad cold and its all I can do to workout while I have a fever and cant stop coughing...ughh . Next week I will be unstopable. The funny thing is I havent been sick in forever ... Guess its my challenge. Well looking forward to getting in shape toning up and fiting into my clothes. Being heath and having more energy! Generally feeling better about myself ... so I can be a better mom!
