BL20 Plan

Well, there's my before picture. Since I am being positive about myself, I will say that I love myself just the way I am right now. I know there will be improvements, but I cannot expect to be successful if I am unable to like me the way I am in the present.

My plan for BL20 is pretty simple. The food plan will continue on as is. It is working so I will continue tracking and eating 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. Clean foods, non processed. I am starting to like veggies more, which is a huge plus! It is such a good feeling to feel good in my body.

The exercise is a work in progress at this point. I have started back the Jamie Eason ST program. This is the first week and I plan to continue it through the entire BL20 round. I will be adding some cardio to go along with it. Getting my workouts done in the morning is my plan. Being at the gym at 5am requires me to get up about 4:45am. But I am determined, so I will do it!!

I am very excited to see where I will be at the end of this 12 weeks. My goal is to be wearing a size 12 and weigh in the 180's!
