Fitness---really work on walking at least 6 days a week. Start riding bicycle. Do some strength exercise daily if possible. (I need this to stay flexible and not hurt). Start day with stretching...then proceed from there.
Nutrition---for me, it's not what I eat...it's how much. So, will make a point to portion out what I eat. Drink at least 8 waters daily, veggies are no problem, will increase fruits daily. Don't eat a lot of fast food--so not an issue. Cook most of our meals. Ohhh. will try to limit and eventually cut out drinking soda (That's a biggie for me)
Rewards--hmmm. never done much of that. Since I love to read...will buy a book or something.
I'm sure I'll think of something else or more later.
