Overcoming Obstacles (a little self talk)

I need to accept that there will be obstacles that will stand in my way of losing the weight as fast as I want to. When we stand still and the scales does not move downward i need to accept that as a natural event in life. Everybody has that happen to them and it is part of being human.
To keep on keeping on through this time I need to realize how far I have come from that first day. I need to really take a look at myself psychical and consider the mental state I was in from the start. Then acknowledge my progress and remember my goals . I need to visualize myself as the thin and healthy person that I am working to become.
Then I need to look at my plan to see where it is working for me and not working. Throw out the bad and keep the good and add new techniques that I think may help me reach that goal of being healthy and thin. If i have to,I will throw out the whole plan and create a NEW PLAN .
Acknowledge to myself that I do NOT want to go back to the PAST. I want to plan in the future, but live in the present by actually living out my plan.
I need to think of all the positive things I can do for myself to help me accomplish my goal.
Live positive! Live in the Present!! Plan a bright future!
