BLC 12 Week Goals

I always am setting goals for myself. Without goals there is no direction or drive to push. I have been thinking about what my goals are for this BLC and how I can push myself out of my comfort zone and to be even healthier than I am now. Here are my goals divided by categories:

-Find new recipes for fruits and vegetables
-Watch my carb intake (I have been eating too many recently)
-Attempt more homemade recipes (i.e. bagels, bread, spices, marinades, etc..)

-Improve my plyo-box jump
-Don't let myself get settled in a routine
-Meet with my trainer regularly to revamp workout

-Check in weekly with each member (whether it be a wall post, email, or goodie)
-Communicate regularly with the co-cappies
-Post daily
-Participate in ALL challenges fully

-Getting to 145.5 - 1 shopping splurge..maybe a new pair of designer jeans or purse
-Getting to 138 - a makeover with a makeup professional
-Getting to 135 (MY GOAL WEIGHT) - a piece of jewelry

I hope my teammates can help push me and keep me accountable just like I do for them!
