3 days down and 27 to go...I am on a roll. A short roll but it is going to get longer-I promise! The scale is being kind, I know it is just water weight but it is very motivating. I really want to see how much I can lose on 30 days. I really want to hang in there, challenge myself and not fail. I need to learn that food does not fix things! In fact, the opposite is true. 3 days down, only 27 to go.
