Got a great night's sleep last night and re-worked my exercise schedule. Ate a banana this morning and went for a rejuvenating walk this morning. Planning a nice, relaxing Sunday.
A lot of bumps along the way to my goal, but if I stick with it, continue with the support of SP and my
SP Friends, and continue to work with what works for me and re-work what doesn't, I can do it!
