Objective is to eat healthier:

1. Follow the Omni plan

2. Consume dense nutritional foods

3. Exercise

a. walking daily for 30 minutes

b. strength training 2 times/week

4. Meditate or read inspirational material daily

Results: Get rid of 6 lbs. that have been hanging around and to maintain the new weight.

I have been sitting on the fence for months with the scale going up and down with gay abandonment and I am sick of it. So since no one is forcing me to eat or strapping me in my chair so that I can’t exercise….

If it is up to me, then it is up to me
