home work for the blc 20

we have to write a blog on what our goals are in the blc 20 qnd how we will achieve them.as i had already wrote this on our tracking thread i am just going to copy it below,lol.nothing like being lazy.

I will loose 18 lbs by tacking my food(good and bad),do strength training 3-4 days a week depending on mood and exercising daily at least 60 minutes a day.and also giving my self at least 10 minutes hopefully more of me time a day.say 3 positive affirmations at least once a day,more if needed and by turning to the pink vikings when i am struggling instead of eating it all in food instead. . I will know I am making progress because i will feel better healthwise,i will have a sense of accomplishment for sticking to my plans and goals,my clothes will feel looser and i will be hopefully happy and more even tempered during that time.12 weeks!

back up plan
if for some reason i don´t stick to the above in some form or another i will not beat myself up as that will not change, what is done is done.i can change where i go forward from there though and i will do that by putting it behind me,forgiving myself and getting back on plan as soon as possible.
