I am leaving for New York (state not city) on Monday and I will not be returning until the end of October.
I want to lose 4 pound while I am there.
by Christmas I want to lose 10 pounds.
I will take at least 7000 steps each day weekends included.
I will walk 5 days a week
I will do cardio 3 days a week.
I will do strenght 3 days a week.
