Well, Life Happened

This summer was not the best summer for me. I didn't get to work out. I was quite miserable all summer. I didn't work out at all. I lost my apartment and had to move back to West Virginia for a couple of weeks until I found a new place. I like the new place but I don't have a gym membership with this place but they do have a workout room with weights, treadmill and bike. I joined a weight loss challenge that is supposed to start on Monday. I hope that I will be able to start my exercise program on Monday as well. My long term goal is to get small enough that I can join the Army Reserves before I turn 43. The short term goal is to lose weight by eating at home and eating legumes and grains with a limited amount of meat. I have already download a Morocan Chicken and Lentil recipe and have gathered my ingredients. So I will make that tomorrow and will eat it a couple of day. I will come back on and let you know how it taste.
