I am trying to wrap my mind around another week of no loss. That means I am not accurately counting my calories. I have to do a better job.

I hope to lose 2 pounds next week. emoticon

    It is so complicated, this weight loss thing. Be patient, read articles and blogs. Look for the non scale victories. You are trying to change at a cellular level, not just skim everything off the top.

    Don't get discouraged. We all hit a plateau from time to time...just a little reminder to mix it up from time to time..try a new exercise for a few wks..add 5 more lbs to what you are lifting, another few minutes to the cardio or quicken the pace of your walk. Tweak the diet a little. If you have increased your cardio dramatically and no weight loss it usually means you need to increase your cals...strange concept I know but its the truth and does work. I had to do it myself a few times to kick the weightloss back into gear. You may need to adjust cal goals tracker by adjusting the amount of cardio you plan on doing and then your tracker will tell you how many cals you should now be taking in. Your caloric goal will not stay the same from the first day on the site until the last. it will change as your weightloss goal changes and your cardio increases or decreases.
