12 Week Plan

Ok, here it is. I plan to lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks and I plan to do it by tracking my calories and staying in range and adding a strength training program. I will continue my running, walking and swimming. My biggest weakness is a glass or two of wine which sometimes turns into three but almost always turns into snacking. So I will be alcohol free Sunday-Thursday and moderate drinking on Friday and Saturday. No snacking after dinner, which I am typically done with dinner by 7pm. So, no snacking after 7pm.
