BLC20 – 12 Week Plan for Success

This BLC 20 (Sept 12 - Dec 5) my goals are as follows:

- Hit my wedding weight by Sept 19. Only 1lb away
- Hit my second goal weight by my 39th Birthday on Oct 27. Only 2.5lbs away from my wedding weight.
- Lose an overall 8lbs by the end of the challenge. (Weigh 155.4lbs)
- Eat within my calorie range
- Workout in my Sport Zones 3x a week and then easy workouts 3 times a week with 1 rest day
- At least 2 full body strength training workouts a week
- Focus on getting in more vegetables and working in a more of a variety
- Start using my Yoga DVD once a week (I need to improve my flexibility)

I always have a hard time coming up with rewards.
- Hit my wedding weight - a workout outfit emoticon
- Hit my second goal weight, I will get my FitPoint reassessed at the gym. Find out my bodyfat% emoticon
- Lose the 8lbs and I will get a massage because I'm sure my body will need it. emoticon Lose 10.4lbs
