BLC20 - Weekend challenge blog w/pics

This is the start of BLC20....These pics were taken with my cell phone on September 12, 2012. My starting weight is 172.2 lbs. I plan on changing that over the next 12 weeks. My goals are to stay hydrated, make healthier choices when eating out and also cooking at home, exercising a minimum of 20 minutes six days per week. Participating in the LCW's, TNT's and Weekend Challenges that are an important part of being in the BLC. I will do all of this with the help, support, motivation, and inspiration of my teammates on the Silver Spies!
Day to Day plan:
Water: Drink 6-8 cups/bottles per day to stay hydrated
Exercise: Minimum of 20 mins per day to keep the 12-Week Streak alive and kicking. ST at least 2 times per week and Cardio 5-6 days per week
Tracking: food and drink in a journal as well as on Spark to stay accountable
Food: watch portions sizes, eat more protein, watch my carb and salty foods intake as these are my weaknesses
Support: stay involved with my teams and teammates as they can and will help me over any bumps that show up along the way
