I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? ~ I like to find out that regular people I have met on (SP) and others have been able to lose the weight, and they did it without surgery. But with SP

L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers?~ I'm prety good with the Fitness tracker but not as well with the nutrition tracke. I can't always find the foods that i'm eating

N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? ~ Well I love snow and I think that yoga is really relaxing, and it seem like your (balanced) when doing it and thats what i'm looking for. Balance

O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? ~ I probably average 80 oz or more

P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? ~ probable 5-8 I love them

R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly?~ I try to get in about 30 to 60min 5-6 days a week, but trying to do more

U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? ~ I like to read, crochet, knit, sew, walk in the woods.

V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? ~ right now my youngest daughter and I want to do Italy, India, & Bali it's the Eat Pray Love trip

W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? ~ No, but I know that I really need to.

X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? ~ I would like to be more consistent with the SP website and making me do more me time exercise.

Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward?~ I used to be a dwell but I'm working at it
