Getting back on track...again

With my birthday party on the 13th looming up, I am bound and determined to lose those last three pounds. Last week I started walking again, I did one 80 min walk. one 2 hour walk and a few 20 minute walks. This week I plan to double that. I wish I could do some strength training as well, but my back would not be able to take it, so I am taking it one step at a time at a time. hehehe I made a pun.
