Woke up irritable. Didn't even take one step out of bed - I just woke up irritable. I work from home, but every once in a while, I have to go into the office. Usually it's not a big deal and I enjoy seeing all my co-workers; however, today - just wanted to stay home and video conference. No such luck, I had to go in.

Had to put on work clothes (and even though my pants fit and were even a tiny bit loose, I was still irritable), remember to brush my teeth and put on deodorant - generally just make myself presentable. Went in for a 3 hour meeting then came home. Immediately sat down for lunch, which was a very healthy salad. Still hungry, but I had to get to work.

I ended up snacking today. BUT, it was healthy: grapes at first. About an hour later, two dill pickles. An hour after that, a granola bar. What I dislike most about going into the office is that it just completely throws my entire day off.

Ate dinner out tonight. Good company, not so great food. Didn't splurge or binge and walked after dinner.

Overall, it wasn't a bad day; I was just irritable.

    Seems like you did really well even though you weren't necessarily in the best moos which is awesome! I'm glad to see you didn't give up even when you weren't feeling up to it!
