No Spring Chicken,but Still chucking!

I over did the exercises. i am so sore and hurt a lot in my back. i had just got the pain in my back to quite down, then i added too much exercises too quick. So, i will take out the DVD exercises and keep the walk in the plan. It is going to take a few days to recover from this mistake.Ii thought that i was old even to know better. I will not quit!! Just got to take it slower. I had to skip the Fitness exercises and going to do Water aerobics only, Maybe a walk later.

    Ewwww, so sorry. I ended up hurting my knee a few weeks ago, of all things gardening. I was just on them for hours and I had one swell up. I am finally getting that back under control. 3 steps forward 1 step backwards as the saying goes. Maybe a soak in a Chamomile epsom salt bath will soothe it down.
