I went to water aerobics last night for a hour. Found muscles I didn't know I had. Tried the ellipsis machine today, definitely not ready for that. Did 45 minutes of swimming laps and exercising in the pool. Trying to watch what I eat and drink. Going to start tomorrow without soda pop see how it goes.
Its Aug 30- I am starting my healthy plan today. Working on a plan and schedule this long weekend. Fingers crossed for the best.
