Weigh-in Wednesday is here again! :)

Hey everyone! emoticon

Todays weigh-in was NOT that great. Down 1/2 pound. But i'll take it :) I had a 1.5 and 5 pound and 2 pound loss in a row. and this week i had my cheat meal and sometimes its just the way it goes.

so, I am 156.5 I started at 210 pounds, in March of this year. My "secret" is to just start where I am and get my head out of "wishland" and make the changes in my nutrition that is needed to get that butter melting instead of growing.
I have at least 21.5 pounds to go. at least. i'll reevaluate when i get there.

I tried on a couple pairs of jeans today, both the same brand name from (walmart) but different washes. i fit in an 8 in the darker wash and a 10 in the lighter wash. both still slightly tight around the waist but wearable. i will go back this weekend and see if they are still there and get them! so exciting to say i can fit into a size 8 and 10! whoo hoo! emoticon

Next week is measurement week. :) hopefully I have some noticeable results! :)

I still have a long way to go to get this body in shape but i'm determined to not stop ever. I am enjoying the smaller sizes and knowing i can fit into things again. But i see i need a lot of work still.

so, whats your motivation? Do you want it bad enough? are you sick of being fat yet? There is no easy fix. It happens ONE GOOD CHOICE at a time! I hope and pray I keep making them because I don't want to ever go back to Giant Size.

    You're so right about it being one choice at a time...good or bad, it's the little choices we make that put us where we'll be in the long run.

    So awesome! I'm enjoying the new sizes! Didn't think I'd get there, but I love the changes that happened in the last 8 mos. It's nice going from an 18 to a 12. Hoping to get to a 8 and 10. Still lots of work to do. A work in progress. You are inspiring! Thanx! Keep up the great work!
