I'm still on my Vegan Challenge and going strong...

I am determine to complete the challenge.
It's really not a challenge, it's a lifestyle change.
It helps you to think about your food choices and what
is really damaging our health. I did have my 'oops' moments
when I forgot about certain foods to
avoid.. I know I am not doing the "hardcore vegan' diet, but this
is a great start.

I can't believe I'm on Day 10, I have 11 more days to go.
I don't know if I will stop or will I continue on this journey.
I will wait till Day 21 arrives. I have been feeling more
energetic and even stronger.
I am going to take one day at a time and continue
to reach my goals.

On the PCRM 21 day Vegan site they have
daily tips, meal plans and messages
from doctors and celebrities that are vegans.

Today's statement is a good one to remember :

Update on 9/16/2012

I'm feeling fatigue this morning and chills. I have on a hoodie/sweatshirt and sweat pants.
I want the energy to do some house chores. I'm disappointed
that I didn't lose this week. I think it's from less eating. I really have had no
appetite at all/ I feel as if I must force myself to eat. Last week I
did work on muscle group. I have been energetic the
past several weeks. I've been steady working out, but today I feel yucky.
I will probably perk up in a little while, it's still early.

Update: 9/21/2012:

Well, the challenge is almost over. I have noticed a big difference
as far as how I am feeling. Yes, some items I have slowly accepted
back in. I'm not going to over do it anymore as what I've done in
the past, as far as my food intake. It felt like i used to eat cheese
and butter on everything,but now I am going to avoid as much as I can
and limit myself on those products. I know I felt much better when I avoided
them all together.

I have to get back to my work outs. It seems like now I
am losing motivation. I don't know if it is from my current work schedule
that is all screwed up, or is it from this vegan diet. I feel so mellow on some
days. I 'll see how I feel next weekend. I want to put back on my skates.
I miss skating. emoticon

One day I might try going vegan maybe a little bit longer. I think my downfall this time
was not having my meals planned out. I want to try some of their vegan recipes.
But right now , I am going to get myself ready for work and take one day at a
time.. 2 more days.... emoticon
Update 9/22:
Oh MY !!!! What the? I can't believe what I just ate right after work this
morning. What!! I'm just now thinking about it and how disgusting I
feel about now. i felt like I just jumped in a swimming pool
filled up with mud. Dive in!! I stopped at the local bakery right after work.
I bought two donuts, the sour cream donut and twisted glaze.
No, that wasn't enough, I walked right in my house and baked cookies
the already prepared types, Nestle house, I ate 6 of those bad boys, they
were good, but I'm going to pay for it later. Wow, I am going
to put in over time and burn those nasty calories. I don't know what
went wrong, but this is my confession. emoticon emoticon


Now that it is o ver. I don't know, i think I will take a 2week time out and
get back into the game after my break.
