Fall Challenge

Five things that could be holding me back from reaching my goals:

1. not enough exercise
2. needing an adjustment in my thyroid meds (age)
3. finding a balance between eating and exercise
4. need to schedule exercise/make it a priority
5. challenge myself more to try new things and push myself to the limit when exercising

This challenge I am going to focus on making exercise a priority. With my new job and school, finding time will be a balancing act for sure.

    Good luck! Sometimes it is very difficult to find the time to exercise I think if you schedule the exercise that will help. Maybe if you just do it in 10 minute increments you can push yourself harder.
