Fall Goal

The one thing that I need to focus on is not eating snacks after dinner. So my goal is to cut down or eliminate (preferably) my sugar intake which will include late night snacking. I am up a pound from last challenge which I knew would happen because of vacation, so with eliminating sweets will help me reach my goal.

    You could replace the sweets with fruit. They are sweet, yummy and filling. Your'e a Tangerine so you will lose the vacation pound easily.
