Exercise is not my enemy!

The SparkCoach topic today was the importance of just 10 minutes of exercise each day. I love this concept and have to admit that this may be the key to a whole new me! In the past I would sign up for gym memberships, and never to go due to time constraints, the self-conciousness I felt, etc. Plus, the fatter I got, the more of a hermit I became, so I didn't even want to leave my house let alone hit a gym full of physically fit people! This made me feel like a failure and a fool because the monthly dues kept coming out of my account serving as a constant reminder of my failure. Well, since I started back up with Spark at the end of August, I am happy to say that I have exercised 16 of the last 19 days, and I am now on a 12 day streak. My new concept is to exercise 10 minutes per day, which is completely doable. I FINALLY quit the gym membership and feel such relief. I love that I can get up in the morning, looking as grungy as I want, and do my 10 minute video in the comfort of my own home. Well folks, it's getting late and I need to get to exercising.
