Cardio Streak Day 497
2.30 mile walk /jog
Friday will be the 500th consecutive day for cardio!!
Yesterday and today were days when I have to be in the office at 0600 and it doesn't leave much leisure time. I missed writing a blog yesterday because I only got about four hours' sleep Sunday night and came home yesterday afternoon and promptly fell asleep on the sofa. Whoops.
I have discovered something important, though - one of the national brand fuel stop/convenience store chains will fill my 1.3 quart thermos with good fresh morning coffee for about $1.07. What a deal!
After I got to the office yesterday and today, I had some of the coffee and a morning bagel for breakfast. After I got settled in, I began the weight portion of my day.
I finished eight sets of:
bench press (15 reps)
crunches (35 reps)
tricep dips (15 reps)
leg extensions (20 reps)
squats (20 reps)
dumbell curls (20 reps)
touch the floow (1 minute)
quad stretch (1 minute)
My cardio total yesterday and today:
2.3 miles each day
30 minutes each day
