Everything you need to know about fat loss....Wow! After reading this, I am totally revamping my diet. My indulgence of carbs is sabotaging my weight loss and blood sugar. The simpler the carbs, the higher the blood sugar. The higher the blood sugar, the more insulin produced. The more insulin produced, the hungrier I am. Simple concept; but I needed a review! More protein in the diet coming right up. Along behind, more veggies! emoticon

    Try fresh vegetables and fruits. They have Complex carbohydrates, the good kind, and natural vitamins and minerals, plus fiber that will help you feel full sooner emoticon

    I eat a lot of fruit and lately was told my potassium is borderline and I am supposed to eat more bananas and some orange juice (hate the juice) so am looking for other good sources aside from bananas.

    Keeping track of calories, carbs, fat, protein, etc can be time consuming (and I actually think sometimes when I am concentrating on my diet, I get hungrier.
