What's holding me back?

My first team challenge for the Amethyst Team Challenge is to blog or write about five challenges or obstacles. Oy boy. Only five?
1) Soda Nazi - No soda for me.
As much as I love the bubbly refreshing sugar rush of a cold glass of coke, I love me more, hence, I need to rebreak-up with soda. I dumped soda back in March and in July I fell off the no soda wagon. I can't be sure but I think it happened shortly after it was holding a boom box playing In Your Eyes outside of my bedroom window.
2) Tracking food
This one is a no brainer. I do so much better when I actually track food. By the way, if you want to feel terrible about yourself, check out the nutritional content of the food at Culvers AFTER you've already had an order of fried cheese curds and a butterbuger. One should probably do that BEFORE.
3) Exercise, exercise, and more exercise
I was kicking so much tushy last Spring working out and then I had a slipped disc and everything went to hell. I need to step it back up. Besides, the snide lady with the bushy body hair at the Y probably misses me wiping up the bench when she's done rubbing her lady bits on every surface available.
To be honest, I actually have been good at not drinking soda at home in the evenings. But have I been drinking water? No. I've been chugging ice cold abita and slugging down wine like it's zero calories and grows in my fridge. Bad Jo. That's mold that grows in your fridge and water that should be chugged. Got it? Got it.
5) Take care of me
Get enough sleep, remember to give myself time in the morning to comb my Jo Fro, relax, hug people you love, and spend a few bones on a new shirt. You look like a crazy lady.
BONUS - Reflection
What's one thing I'm planning to work on to make all of these things easier and to get over my obstacles?
Commit to doing a spin class once a week. DO IT! Just one class on Saturday mornings. It's easy and fun.
