Now that I've acheived 5 miles per walk, my goal is to pick up the pace. It takes me 105 minutes currently. My goal is to cut 5 minutes per week until I'm up to a jogging pace of 5 miles per hour. At that rate, I should be jogging the entire route by Thanksgiving. This will depend on me staying injury-free and dropping enough weight to be able to do this safely. I guess I better quit smoking now.....sigh.
