Weigh 2 Go!

We just completed our very first workplace weightloss programme and I lost 6.5kgs between 4 July and 6 Sept. It was the most weight that anybody lost ... and I am thrilled to confirm that I'm doing it MY way!

- I'm not being pressured to do things I know I can't sustain
- I fall down fairly regularly and each time I get back up pretty quickly
- I enjoy all the food I eat and its mainly VERY healthy
- I enjoy my exercise routines and look forward to them becoming more challenging
- I am dedicated to Spark People and LOVE the Spark Coach programme

Yesterday we started the 'Weigh 2 Go!' programme and it is packed with lots of different ideas about things we can do ... NONE of the resources come close to comparing with Spark People though ... I keep encouraging my colleagues to join, and I am confident that some will eventually (in fact one already has).

Meanwhile, I'm preparing for a 2.5 hour trek in a national park on the 29th Sept ... and on the 5th Sept I go home for a weekend to attend a family birthday party ... I REALLY want to be sub-90kg then!!!

Now wheres my water? emoticon
