Sometimes I wish I can burn calories just by watching workout videos..
Lately with my lack of sleep I feel so weak and exhausted that I get tired from just watching tv.
Its not like I can exercise extensively right now anyways.. I got my belly button pierced the other day, so not crunches/sit ups for me. I couldn't wait for my goal weight to get it.. I wanted it done now. Hoping that it will be more motivation to get skinny... Is it working?? Well the want to exercise is there... just not physically able yet. Guess only time will tell.
