Slow but Good weight Loss

when I re-started a few weeks ago I had made it all the way up to 189 and now I am down to 174.9. This is crazy good. My exercise is only Leslie Sansone WATP videos as I am not getting much motivation to leave my house these days. I was real pumped up several months ago cause I thought a friend was moving here, and she didn't. My doctor even put me on depression meds 2 weeks ago. I must admit that I am not so much of a knot on a log, but I still don't feel as good as I thought I would. Maybe, the meds need more than 2 weeks to work. Anyway, I can't think of anything else to say. So, I'm just proud of myself for losing this much weight in such a short period of time. A great milestone will be to see 169 on the scale. emoticon
