I took a picture of my healthy breakfast for a team I'm on and the challenge to eat a healthy brealfast every morning for a week, well for life but the challenge is for the

hey it worked, I forgot to add the flaxseed I eat too....this is my cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, egg whites, wrap and cheese....the calorie counts are on my tracker if you want to know the stats....
