Month-Long Iron Man Triathalon

So, my local gym is having an event called a month-long triathalon and after much consideration, I decided to go for it. It's an "Iron Man" triathalon, where you have a month to complete 26.2 miles of running, 112 miles of biking, and 2.4 miles of swimming. Today is DAY ONE! I did my 4-mile run this morning and plan to go to spin class at noon, which counts for the biking. After work, I'm going to try to hit the gym again and swim some laps. It's kind of an awesome program and I'm stoked to get started finally today! I challenge all of you to do this with me!

Let me break it down for you:

26.2 Mile Run
.87 Miles Every Day or
2.18 Miles three/week or
3.25 Miles twice/week or
6.55 Miles One day/week

112 Mile Bike
3.7 Miles Every Day or
9.3 Miles Three/Week or
14 Miles Twice/Week or
28 Miles One Day/Week

2.4 Mile Swim (Will vary upon lap length)
5.6 Lengths Every Day or
14.1 Lengths Three Days/Week or
21.1 Lengths Two Days/Week or
42.24 Lengths One Day/Week

I'm thinking this is just the challenge I need to push forward into fall. I'm hoping you all will do it with me! Let's rock this triathalon! We got this!
