I've started drinking muscle milk in the morning, it gives me a lot of energy and I love the flavor. This morning I added coffee to it and this has changed my world! I usually drink two cups of coffee, no sugar just black, but with the muscle milk it is sweet and delicious. I highly recommend for coffee drinkers!

Also, this weekend was wonderful!
