Wrote down my goals today...very enlightening!!

Hi all! So the topic on Sparkcoach today was goal setting. Now prior to watching Coach Nicole's video (I just love her, she is so cute and motivating) and reading the articles that were posted, I thought I had fairly reasonable goals set for myself. Well, I ended up writing them all down again today and saw that I needed to kind of revamp my whole way of thinking! I think that my new goals are kind of exciting and motiviating, and most importantly, attainable!
Here are my new goals:
Long term goals...
-To look and feel awesome
-To be physically fit so that I can do ANYTHING I want to with confidence
-To live life to it's fullest potential - as my daughter would say "YOLO", You only live once!!
-To buy a fabulous new wardrobe full of sophisticated, professional, fun, and sexy clothes:-)
-To plan family meals for the following week each Sunday
-To go to the grocery store and have all needed ingredients on hand
-To have a dinner back-up plan for those unexpected events that come up
-To lose 1-2 pounds per week
-To be proud of myself and the choices I make
-To be a good role model
-To be my own biggest cheerleader
-To stay within 1300-1400 calories
-To exercise a minimum of 10 minutes
-To work more protein into each day
-To add ALL of the food I eat in the tracker
