Cardio Streak Day 495
2.30 mile walk /jog

Friday will be the 500th consecutive day for cardio and I plan to take a cardio day-off on Saturday!

Dang, it's downright chilly this morning at 57F. What a difference a couple of days make!

When I woke this morning, I had a couple of scrambled eggs, no-name water, and then went out for a 2.3 mile walk/jog.

After I get to the office this morning, I plan to have coffee and get settled in for the first couple of hours. After that, I'll begin the strength training. Yes, there is a weight room in the office right next to mine and I use it every day!

I plan to do about ten sets of
bench press (15 reps)
crunches (35 reps)
tricep dips (15 reps)
leg extensions (15 reps)
squats (15 reps)
dumbell curls (15 reps)
touch the floow (1 minute)
quad stretch (1 minute)

I may add pushups but I don't yet know how many reps or sets.

My cardio total for today:
2.3 miles
30 minutes

    I would start with 2 or 3 sets of 1 rep. That's how I started. I did 2 sets of 10 reps this morning with a cat who decided to curl up right where my head goes down. At least she is a soft pillow.
